WHAT I NEED
A good visible reference of your character, may be multiple pictures. For Custom designs reference can be inspirations, moodboards, outfits, irl photos etc.
Being responsive with payment and revisions. I understand life can get busy, but if you need more than few days to give feedback or pay pls let me know beforehand!
payment
Currency accepted is either USD or PLN and can be paid through PayPal or Transfer (only Poland).
Payment accepted is Full upfront or a Payment plan (only if the order is $60+).
A customer won't be added to the queue nor have their commission worked on until at least partial payment has been made.
Process
Customer will first receive a sketch for approval, able to make as many changes and revisions as needed. After the sketch is approved I will work on the finished piece.
Changes on the finished artwork will come with a fee. (exceptions: very minor changes or things that wouldn't be visible on a sketch, for example colors).
The service provided is only digital. There is no physical product that will be shipped.
REFUND POLICY
A full refund is available before I start working on the piece / deliver the sketch.
After delivering the sketch a 50% refund is available. (unless the sketch was the full order, then it's not refundable).
After approving the sketch by a client, a refund is no longer possible.
Exception: if the artwork hasn't been delivered in 150 days from the day of first payment, the client can request a full or partial refund depending on the advancement of the piece. (Please refrain from opening a PayPal dispute in such cases, unless I'm completely unreachable).
copyright
I, the artist, claim the rights to the produced artwork and I am allowed to use the artwork to promote myself and post it. (I can keep the artwork private, but I need to be informed beforehand).
The customer is allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use only, such as:
- Uploading it on any social platform,
- Printing the artwork for personal use,
- Using the artwork as a part of your online identification (profile picture, banner, free emotes, etc).
Things that violate personal use:
- Selling the artwork (Adoptables / Custom designs are exempt),
- Removing the watermark or claiming full ownership of the artwork,
- Using artwork in commercial products such as merchandise, movies, games, subscription perks/prizes, etc.,
- Feeding or editing the artwork with Generative AI of any kind in any way.
A commercial license is possible to obtain and is analyzed on case to case basis, depending on the amount of work and fields of exploitation. It will always take a form of a flat fee.
By commissioning me you agree to this TOS. Violating the TOS will result in being blacklisted.
